To all,
*I posted this 48 hours ago, and it seems as if it has VANISHED. Hope you don't censor your boards! ;)
I haven't posted on here for years. I hope everyone is doing well. I know it's been a turbulent 24 months, but one thing I can tell you, is that our documentary is coming along, and after seeing the trailer and the "love" you all had for me, I promise you it will make for an AMAZING documentary.
As you know, I'm now 27, I'm no longer the 18 year old "Garlando Guru", and I don't intend on fighting or instigating any stir with this post. I was simply letting you know that I'll be in town, most likely downtown Vancouver and if someone could recommend a place to play on the 6th of January, I'd really appreciate it.
Congratulations on the new committee, you've got alot of work to do, but with the heads you've got working together, you'll do just fine.
Looking forward to your helpful responses.
Yours Truly,

No cencorship Adam.... you posted your message to the TSAC board, then to the Calgary board, and now to the Vancouver board... each independently. When you post, you have to check off the boards that you want it to appear on, and if you don't it will only appear on the single board that you logged into.

Adam: The place to play is Soho's. It is in downtown Vancouver at Drake and Hamilton in an area called Yaletown (or Yuppietown).
If you Google "Soho Billiards Vancouver" you should get a hit with a map. If not, try this link: http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&dq=soho+billiard+loc:+Vancouver,+BC,+Canada&daddr=1283+Hamilton+Street,+Vancouver,+BC,+Canada&geocode=91158546266682516,49.274015,-123.123918&ll=49.274015,-123.123918&iwstate1=dir:to&iwloc=A&f=d
Failing that, there website appears to be down so just find Drake and Hamilton on a map somewhere.
We start playing about 8:00pm and usually go to about midnight or 1:00am. However, the turnout is sporadic and could range between the recent low of three people on December 23rd to a recent high of 18 people on December 30th.
