This is to rectify problems with MS Access and concurrent connections which slows down the server to a crawl. If any of you are adding tournaments to the site please keep in mind these times. The web server reset would only take less than a minute. So the times that the server would reset is 9:00 am, 12:00 noon, 3, 6, 9 pm, mignight, 3, 6, 9 am. When the system is reseting and you're trying to access the site, there will be no page served until the web server finishes it's reset.
