I'm looking for a volunteer for Saturday or Sunday to help with swapping a table out of Soho. Would likely be during the day as I'm passing through downtown for son's hockey.

There is a 10 percent chance I can help, but I probably won't know until Saturday.

I believe we got an old marble table with bad bearings (You cannot do a rollover at all on that table, and even pulls take force). We ended up running Fridays tournament just on the one table.

what's up with that?

Will lube work?

Just bring in new bearings, that should make it good as new.

Table should be fine, just needs the bearings cleaned and maybe after it settles another leveling. Moya played on the table the weekend before and all was working fine, just got a little dirty on the move back from the demonstration/promotion. I knew they needed a cleaning but I couldn't stay any longer as it took so long to move the sucker. I'll get some of the new sidewall strips and I have balls for the table so it all should be good. Won't need any of the new men as I never bought any of the crap ones to begin with. I should be able to get the bearings done before the next tournament unless a player is motivated.
