Probably need to change em. I would check to see if the problem occurs on different browsers(Mozilla, explorer, chrome), - if it only occurs in one of the browsers then it's a problem I wouldn't worry about. You can also check your security level, if it's too high it won't let you view some sites. The board has been hijacked in the past, so it's been flagged and will only let you enter with more lax security. It is not too difficult (I managed to do it). In your IE google "Firefox download". That should get you somewhere where you can download the installer. Of course, with these open sources things they always ask you to choose a mirror site which is about as unusable a step as there is and turns people off of using open sores software. That said, I always just pick a mirror site that is in Canada and away you go.
