Funny Thread from from a year ago! Can you guys believe this? I owe a HUGE thank you to the guys that started playing with me on Tuesdays at Rosarios back in August last year. I was desperate to get better at this game and needed some pro's to play with. Shane, Roger, Garry, Simon. Thanks for taking my posts seriously, I was nervous to post on this board back then because I thought nobody wanted to play with me because I sucked. Read this, its from almost exactly one year ago. I couldn't post on the Edmonton board without logging in through the other boards so I had to post to everyone, Garry is responding to that message in his first post of this one. My favorite part is "We'll have a foos scene in this city soon" I didn't even know a thing about this back then i'm so happy that it has turned out this well. |

This is not a weekly tournament, and we are just feeling out how many people would show up. The garage is located in sherwood park, behind a house on a residential street. Wow, a year. Thanks so much Will for putting in all the time to get it to where it is today. You have gotten me a new found hobby that doesn't cost lots and a new addiction. Most hobbies cost lots so my wife appreciates that I'm hanging out with good people and am having fun. Thanks again Will. I hope to be at the skill lever you're at next April (which will be a year for me :o). |
