I had a few players express interest in a golf tourny for members of the Edmonton Foosball League. For a round of golf on a Sat along with cart we are looking at around $60-$80 per person. It would be a Texas scramble or a 2 man best ball depending on number of players. Teams will be drawn out of a hat and the names of the winning team will be engraved on a trophy. I will set it up for a west Edmonton course and we will have a BBQ after at a EFL leage members house. This members house will be revealed upon his total confirmation (so far he has just expressed intrest in the BBQ). I would be looking to set this up soon(2nd weekend of Sept), as we are running out of nice weather. Please let me know if you would be interested ASAP. More details to come when I get an idea of numbers. Thanks

Maybe Simon should have to play on his own team and the rest of us can play texas scramble!

I'm in for this event too! If someone out there isn't normally a golfer and needs to borrow clubs let me know (i'm a lefty for golf though)

There has been a lot of interest shown in running the 1st anuual EFL golf tourny however the interest has been directed towards moving it to the 3rd Sat of Sep. The tourny is now offically scheduled for Sep,19,09. Sorry if this has affected any one who could only make it the 2nd sat. However mob rule was in affect and the mob chose the 3rd sat.
