Topic: Harvard Foosbal Tables?
|
|
The simple answer is no.
There is no way to level the table. On a good table under the legs there will be levelers
The men are held in by screws therefore the men will break before the screws, a lot of extra parts to buy.
It's basically a wal-mart foosball table.

But if you drove more than just a truck .. you may have the skill to modify it and put levelers on it ... making this post basically worthless

I was thinking just to put magazines under the feet. Playboy bunny from July 1985 under one leg, and Miss January 2001 under the other. To me the big problem is the rod, men and balls. Which would depend on the types of shots you were looking to do.
Different tables are good/bad/indifferent for different people.
If looking to be able to do all the sots, in a few months who can get a really good Fireball table for close to what a Warrior table costs but it will be built to last.
Now, back to my reading list...

Well when I was in school many years ago I played allot. I loved doing pin shots. Now my son and I play on a cheap 40 used table that is about as level as an ocean. Pin shots are impossible. I want something that wil allow me to do those pin shots but at the same time I do not plan n entering tournaments or even think of going pro soI dont want to break the bank...

Hey Manoj,
For $25 more this old table looks interesting.

It looks like an old Rene Pierre/Bonzini based on the design and original purchase price (provided the seller is truthful about what he paid for it). The picture sucks but if the men resemble soccer players and are made out of metal then this might be a nice table. Moreover, it seems to have built-in drinks holders and ashtrays.
