July 1-4th
I posted about this earlier, but didn't get many responses. A team in the "north American cup" needs 6-8 players. 6 with two alternates.
I'm not sure if each province gets a team or all of Canada.
Either way, this is a $100,000 world championships. We will have at least 2 from Edmonton. Myself and probably Sam or Chad. It would be good to get at least 4 more... Any interest?

I talked with Mary at the HOFC. And she said it's a team per province / state
I'm considering going. But not sure who else from BC is. Anyone?

Think I'm gonna go to Warrior Worlds.
So does that mean, Eric, that you can't add players from other Provinces? I would guess not, but that sucks in a way because we just don't have the numbers and sucks to have people left out. Mebe you can ask her if we can do it like an East/West kinda thing?

For those, like me, who lack the background info, the tourney is July 1-4 in St. Louis, according to this website:

I'd be tempted to go. I'll be done with school and, being old, will be chronically unemployed because nobody hires senior citizens. Maybe I'll consider it. Or maybe not.

No I won't be able to make the edm tournament. My wife and I are traveling lots for work and that weekend would be the one weekend in almost a month that we'll be able to see each other.
