Oh well, quick loss. Real funky push-kicker that neither of the Jeffs could block. Maybe they'll fight back tomorrow. |

My advice is to treat it like a push shot. I wouldn't look at his men - just defend. Players that have un-orthodox styles sometimes rely on their weird set-up or delivery to throw the goalie off. By not looking at his men you can negate that. After a few blocks try looking :) |

Ended up getting three 2nd places. The worst foos I have played was in all the finals matches, my arm was torched at the end of the night match, and my brain was shot. Monday finals was after non stop matches since 10:30 and I was absolutley done come the finals and I had to do 3 in a row. I felt like was shooting with 10% power. All in all, an embarassing performance. That being said, hahaha, I had an allright tournament, beat some good players playing forward and goalie, just wished I could have put on a better show at the end. Must have had 50 matches or so this weekend which is insane...!.!. |

The biggest thing I hate about foos is anything but first place ends with a loss. Three seconds is OUTSTANDING Jeff! Way to go. Too bad you weren't at your best for the finals. You are probably getting good enough now that you should limit some of your events so you play better in the later matches. Funny, I don't seem to have that problem myself.
