I've come up with something I think will be fun for Thursdays and we're going to kick it off this week. Starting at 7pm sharp we're going to have a one-ball tournament for anyone who wants to enter. There's no entry fee but if you're not there at 7pm, you don't play. Lower ranked players get serve, all other rules are self explanitory. The winner of the one ball tournament this Thursday will get to choose what format we play the following week! (I will have a list to choose from, you must pick from the list) Hopefully this will help players prepare for the upcoming week in advance and add an element of fun to the selection process. For this week I've asked Roger to select the event as he makes his long overdue comeback this Thursday and he has! He's picked a Pro/Am Draw. See you Thursday! Bring your Friends! |

Dropped in a Duke's last night for a few games, very upscale compared to Gateway. I like the private room. Might have to rearrange some Table's, chair's and sofa's to better situate the tables. especially the one blocking the fire door. Need a Duke's on the southside. |

Aparrently the format for Dukes is just Roger's choice every week now, he doesn't lose one ball tournaments. Rog can you post the format for the next month, then husk keep winning so we can stick to schedule? |

I tightened all of the bolts and leveled the tables, yes. Lighting might, again, be a problem. Hopefully we can get some lights in there for tonight. |

Nice room at Dukes and the waitress was tops. You just need to figure out why the tables are so wobbly and add in the lights. Once Darcy figures out how to do a pro am draw it should run a lot smoother |

Such a good venue...I can't overstate how awesome it was to have a comfortable quiet environment with good food and awesome service. As Simon said lights and wobbles were the only two things I could think of to make it any better...Maybe less half naked men hanging on the wall too . |

I have next week off from work so I'll make sure that the lights are in and tables are as level as they can be for this Thursday. |
