As outlined in our constitution, we should announce this fact and announce the reason. Reason falls under section 7.2.1.9: 7.2.1.9 negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of an association service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the association, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the association if they were held in public; As soon as it is deemed appropriate for us to take the disucssion back online, we will do so.
