Our current constitution does not specify what we should do in the case of a tie in a bi-election. There is precedence in other areas in our constitution, where the president has the tie-breaking vote, and there's other areas that call for a re-vote (if minimum 3 votes cannot be found). So our options are this: 1. The president has the tie-breaking vote. 2. We run another bi-election but just for that position. TSAC Exec, send your vote to dunneri@shaw.ca.
