I've had someone tell me that everytime he goes on our message boards, that he picks up a virus or problems. And that he constantly has to tell the IT guys to fix his computer at work.

It seems fine though when I go on. Does anyone else have these problems?

Just so you know, the message board is hosted on a different server than the vancouver foosball site...

I checked the source code for both the vancouver site as well as the main link page for the message board and can't find any "virus" or "suspect code"... (To be correct, I couldn't check the source code, I only looked at the code it's displaying on server return.. and it seems okay)

I'm guessing the problem is instead with the person's computer (maybe there is something already within their computer's cache that triggers a virus, or something's wrong with their Java script reader... who's to know... not me...)

I think its a problem with the message board. Mozilla will puts up a warning at every click, and won't even let you login to post a message. Internet Explorer lets you though.

It's apparently been a problem before vancouverfoosball.net

It also happens if you view the page with chrome. It states that there is malware present.

OK, just to let you know that http://CalgaryFoos.com is just fine. I verified this again with various tools. You will also notice that Firefox will not block CalgaryFoos.com but will block the message board. We only have a problem when trying to access the message board because it is hosted on saskfoos.com.

You will also notice that Saskfoos.com is blocked by Firefox since it is registered as a reported attack site.

Barry, can you look into this again.

Thank you,

Kent

Hi Boyz,

Twinkle is correct, the message board is hosted on another site and not on www.vancouverfoosball.net. We just provide a link to the message board.

The problem people are having is most likely due to the version of firefox being used. If you go back to previous version you would not have that problem.

Cheers.
