Hey Will - are our rankings going to be the same as with the Canadian Nationals back in October?

Ben is being bumped to semi-pro from rookie.
I was going to bump myself, nathan van melle, and nathan striefel all from semi pro - but in the end I decided not to do that. I talked to a lot of people and we decided it would really weaken the field if I bumped everyone out of that division right now. After one more really strong showing from any of the previously mentioned players we will proceed with moving them up to pro.
Either way, I don't feel comfortable playing in and potentially winning a semi pro event at my own tournament, so I will not compete in semi pro events.

I'm not comfortable knowing Shane's not comfortable.

the only time I ever lose a game is when I throw it because I feel bad winning all the time
On a serious note though, I don't think I would win, or even place for sure. It looks bad from an outside perspective when the person running the tournament cashes in on an event... If I win in Open at least no one can say it is not fair because i'm under ranked.

"the only time I ever lose a game is when I throw it because I feel bad winning all the time "
It's true. I witnessed this on tuesday night.

When I started in foos, I threw a lot more games than I won because I was a nice guy.,
Then I became a dickhead and won more games than I threw.
But now I am nice again as I throw nearly all my games.
