Jeff has never played an event on any tour, so it would be impossible for them to have points for him. Most of the players you just listed are ranked Expert - and they are at least worthy of that name. I don't think Mary is concerned about the "older players" because they don't tour any more so it doesn't make a difference what rank they have.
